By accessing and using my website or engaging my design and development services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of my website and services provided by Mriganka Dey ("I", "me", "my") to you ("Client", "you", "your").

I provide the following professional services:

Project Initiation:

• • Project scope, timeline, and deliverables will be clearly defined
• • Changes to project scope may result in additional costs and timeline adjustments

Timeline & Delivery:

• • Project timelines are estimates based on the agreed scope
• • Delays caused by client feedback or content provision may extend timelines
• • I will communicate any potential delays as soon as they are identified
• • Final delivery is contingent upon receipt of all required materials and approvals

Payment Methods:

I accept payments via bank transfer, PayPal, and major credit cards.

Late Payments:

Invoices are due within 30 days. Late payments may incur a 1.5% monthly service charge and may result in project suspension.

Ownership Transfer:

Upon full payment, you will own the final deliverables created specifically for your project. This includes custom designs, code, and other materials developed exclusively for you.

Portfolio Rights:

I retain the right to display completed work in my portfolio, case studies, and marketing materials unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Third-Party Assets:

Any third-party assets (stock photos, fonts, plugins) used in your project may require separate licensing. You are responsible for obtaining proper licenses for continued use.

Service Warranty:

I warrant that services will be performed in a professional manner consistent with industry standards. Any defects in workmanship will be corrected at no charge within 30 days of delivery.

Limitation of Liability:

My liability for any claim related to services provided shall not exceed the total amount paid for the specific project. I am not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Client Termination:

You may terminate the project at any time with written notice. You will be charged for work completed up to the termination date, with a minimum charge of 50% of the total project cost.

Service Provider Termination:

I may terminate the project if: payment is overdue by 30+ days, you fail to provide necessary materials, or there is a fundamental breach of this agreement.

Upon Termination:

• • Outstanding invoices become immediately due
• • Confidential information must be returned or destroyed
